Our Story

Bayard Ceramics informally began in 2006 in the basement of our Los Angeles home where my father, Bayard, started creating original beautiful ceramics pieces. Recently, he has given up denying my efforts to help manage his small operation, which I interpret as permission to move forward with this website. Thus, here is the beginning of what I anticipate to be a growing portfolio and business. While browsing through the gallery, please understand that each piece is unique - carefully handcrafted and designed. The shelves in Bayard's studio are ever-changing and evolving so keep in mind that we may not always have exactly what you are looking for, but we most likely have something similar. I hope you enjoy our one-of-a-kind ceramics, made by Bayard.
